Free Initial Consultation

I offer all potential clients an initial free 20 minute telephone session which enables me to find out a little more of what brings you to seek support. More importantly, for you to see if I am someone you feel you would like to work with.

If after our initial consultation we feel we can work together ongoing sessions will be for the duration of 50 minutes, at a cost of £55.00 per session. These will be ideally held once a week on the same day and time. This enables you to plan your week knowing that your session time will always be reserved for you
